Disco Partners with CCI to Upskill Canada’s Innovation Board Talent

Disco, the Canadian-owned, AI-powered learning platform, is excited to announce a partnership with The Council of Canadian Innovators (CCI) to power their Innovation Growth Program (iGP) – an initiative designed to develop the top board talent in the country’s high-growth tech sector.
As Canada’s innovation economy grows, so does the demand for board leaders who understand the complexities of scaling companies, protecting IP, and navigating data governance. To meet this need, the Council of Canadian Innovators (CCI) created the Innovation Governance Program (iGP) – a transformative initiative that has trained over 1,000 leaders to date.
Through Disco’s AI-first learning platform, iGP participants will access personalized, interactive training, peer accountability groups, and structured learning pathways to strengthen their leadership and governance expertise. This collaboration empowers Canada’s innovation leaders to drive global competitiveness in the knowledge economy.
“iGP graduates are stepping into leadership at Canada’s fastest-growing companies,” says Gabriella Boulos, Director of Programming and Events at CCI. “With Disco, we’re delivering an AI-powered learning experience that enhances collaboration, engagement, and long-term connection among our alumni.”
